Hey there! My name is Emily Weller-Mitchell. I am passionate about helping people explore their internal world and empowering them to create the life they want and need! In a counseling session with me, you can expect me to bring in my own authenticity, warmth and sense of humor into our time together. My unconventional and colorful life experiences have allowed me to be deeply open-minded, empathetic, and understanding when it comes to whatever it is you are going through. Together we can fearlessly and compassionately explore the entire spectrum of you and your life.

  • I am currently seeing individual clients ages 12+ and couples/partners. I provide virtual sessions only.

  • I specialize in Addiction, Trauma, and Sexuality, but am equipped to work with a spectrum of concerns beyond those topics. I prefer to pull from many different modalities to curate a therapeutic experience that meets your unique needs. I tend to use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Experiencing therapies with my individuals, couples, and in groups. I am a trained SMART Recovery Facilitator and a Certified Sex Coach.

  • I received a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from University of North Georgia and Sex Coaching Certification from Sex Coach University. I am also Gottman Method Level 1 and 2 trained.

    I am currently under supervision with Skye McIntyre.

  • Individual 50-minute Sessions - $130

    Couples 50-minute Sessions - $150
