I believe every person deserves to have healthy relationships and a satisfying sex life.

I’m a therapist who loves helping individuals learn how to prioritize sexual health, themselves, and their relationships. I strive to provide a space that is safe, compassionate, and fun. Life can be super difficult, therapy should not dreadful!

For Couples: I am level 2 trained for Gottman Method Couples Therapy which informs how I care for individuals coming in for couples therapy. Together, we will work to build communication skills, increase emotional connection, improve conflict management, and deepen intimacy in your relationship. The space a couple creates in my office should be one of learning and grace facilitated by me. I will be there to teach and model new ways to communicate to foster the growth couples seek.

For Sex Therapy: Sexual health is health. Much too often sexual health is not talked about due to embarrassment by either the client or the provider. During your time with me, your healing and growing space will feel comfortable enough for you to take your shoes off, sink down into the couch, and breathe deeply.

To be clear, sex therapy does not involve any sexual contact between the therapist and you or your partner. Instead, our work together will include discussing your developmental and sexual history, assessing your aptitudes, obtaining a thorough understanding of your current sexual functioning and sexual problem(s), providing psychoeducation, addressing mental health, emotional, and behavioral factors that may be contributing to your difficulties, as well as teaching behavioral and/or communication skills.
