Lindsey Richmond, APC
Associate Professional Counselor
My Work and Approach
If you are struggling with trauma, problematic sexual behaviors, sexual shame, or
identity concerns, you are not alone. You deserve a safe and nonjudgmental space to
heal from trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and create lasting change. Many of my
clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to
break free from old patterns. Together, we will work to uncover what is getting in the
way, identify what matters most to you, and build the tools and skills to create lasting
change.
You deserve a therapist who sees and affirms you fully. I am LGBTQ+, gender, and kink
affirming, and I work from a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and identity-affirming lens. I
welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and am committed to creating a
safe, respectful space where you can explore your concerns with curiosity and courage.
Let’s shed the shame and create your healthiest and most authentic life!
