I create a space that is welcoming, safe and intentional. I believe that my personal work, education, and love-based approach lead my clients towards success, and reaching their full potential.

  • I work with individuals 14 yeards of age and older.

  • I specialize in addiction, sexual orientation, and trauma.

  • I am in trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1, and motivational interviewing.

    I am TF-CBT and IFS informed.

  • I offer 45-minute individual sessions at the rate of $130 per session.
