I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients of all ages can explore feelings, relationships, challenges, and self-reflection without judgment.

At any age, life can bring anxiety, depression, or a sense of being dysregulated. Instead of pushing them away, I view difficult feelings as meaningful messages from the unconscious— invitations to explore what Psyche, or Soul, may be trying to express through symptoms.

As for grief, I believe the only way out is through. Grief asks to be witnessed and honored — it’s not something to escape, but a way of staying connected to what or whom we have loved. Together, we can create space for grief to be both deeply felt and gently released.

My approach is depth-oriented and Jungian at its heart, drawing on dreams, symbols, and imagination as portals for healing and growth. I trust each person’s innate wisdom to guide the process — and I welcome both reflection and moments of laughter in the work we do.

I celebrate diversity and welcome clients of all backgrounds and life stories. My hope is that therapy offers not only relief from pain, but also a rich and meaningful life, guided by inner wisdom.

I provide virtual sessions only.
