Molly Martin, APC
Associate Professional Counselor
I’m Molly, I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping people understand their stories, heal what hurts, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University.
I practice EMDR and I work from a psychodynamic lens, exploring how early experiences, attachment wounds, and developmental trauma shape present-day emotions, relationships, and beliefs. I help my clients identify patterns that once served a purpose but may no longer support who they want to become. I also incorporate parts work and trauma-informed approaches that honor the nervous system and a person’s inner wisdom. I integrate CBT, ACT, and existential therapies, depending on what each individual needs most. My clinical experience includes supporting people navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders.
I currently provide both group and individual counseling in a PHP/IOP program, where I walk alongside clients through significant emotional challenges and phases of growth. Above all, I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen and supported as they move toward healing, connection, and self-trust.
